Functional prototypes for design validation

Small batches for clinical trials

A larger volume for the initial launch

We tailor our processes to your project without compromising on quality

Our Production Capabilities: Flexible Technologies at Your Service

Extrusion of Technical Tubes – Precision and Versatility

Our extrusion capabilities, combined with custom-built equipment, allow you to produce technical tubes on demand, featuring:

  • A wide selection of biocompatible materials: PU, PEBAX®, nylon, fluoropolymers (FEP), PEEK, TPE, and many more—tailored to meet your mechanical, chemical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Various technologies, ranging from single-wall tubes to reinforced tubes.
  • Variable diameters and wall thicknesses: For applications ranging from microcatheters to drainage systems and implantable devices.
  • Real-time quality control: Dimensional measurements (laser, machine vision) and strength tests to ensure reproducibility.

Molding & Overmolding – Precision for Complex Assemblies

We are experts in injection molding and overmolding techniques, which we use to create complex, ergonomic components:

  • Overmolding of metals or reinforcing materials: Integration of metal guides, springs, or wires to create higher-performance devices.
  • Parts free of burrs and defects: Impeccable finish for critical applications (surgical instruments, connectors).

Balloon Forming & Blowing – High-Precision Technology

Specializing in the manufacture of angioplasty balloons and endovascular devices, we offer:

  • High-precision forming/blow molding machines: For bottles with complex profiles (conical, multi-diameter, with controlled compliance).
  • Mechanical property testing: Burst, fatigue, and compliance tests to ensure safety and performance.
  • Custom designs: Short, long, high-pressure, or low-compliance balloons, according to your specifications.

Soldering & Reflow – Innovative Assemblies

Our welding and reflow machines enable the creation of devices with hardness gradients or distinct functional zones:

  • Laser welding: For leak-proof and durable joints (catheters, medical bags).
  • Controlled reflow: Creating smooth transitions between materials (e.g., a flexible tip for a catheter, a rigid body for handling).
  • Integration of electronic or mechanical components: For innovative and increasingly complex devices

Metal Braiding & Coiling – Durability at the Heart of Your Devices

We manufacture metal reinforcements for your tubes and custom-made stents:

  • Wire braiding: For reinforced catheters, guidewires, or stents, with patterns tailored to your needs
  • Coiling: For return springs, guide wires, or micro-implants.
  • Various materials: stainless steel, nitinol, platinum-iridium, tungsten—selected for their biocompatibility and mechanical properties.

Crimping – The Art of Secure and Controlled Joining

We perform crimping of metal components to secure them to the device or to reduce their profile:

  • Crimping of balloon-expandable stents onto angioplasty catheters, ensuring maximum dislodgement force and a minimal profile.
  • Placement of self-expanding stents in sheaths with minimum diameters.
  • Crimping of radiopaque markers to ensure the visibility of your devices under fluoroscopy.

Hydrophilic Coating – Optimal Slip for Your Devices

Our hydrophilic coating processes improve the lubrication and navigability of your devices:

  • Uniform, durable coatings: Reduced friction for easier insertion (catheters, guidewires).
  • Slip and resistance tests: Validation of performance under real-world conditions (anatomical models, test benches).
  • Compatibility with sterilization processes.

Sterile Barrier Packaging – Optimal Protection

We handle the final packaging of your devices in sterile, secure packaging:

  • Sterile pouches and blister packs: Compatible with sterilization methods (ETO, gamma, beta radiation).
  • Double packaging: For enhanced protection (ISO 11607 standards).
  • Compliant labeling: Full traceability (batch numbers, expiration dates, regulatory symbols)

Sterilization Services – A Turnkey Solution

We ship your devices to a qualified service provider for sterilization, and we ensure that:

  • The sterilization method must be appropriate for your product (EtO, gamma, e-beam, dry heat, moist heat, etc.).
  • The sterilization process must be validated in accordance with regulatory requirements (in accordance with ISO 17665-1-2, 11135, 11137, etc.)
  • The process should be monitored on an ongoing basis and reviewed annually.
