Our management team brings together more than 50 years of industrial expertise and experience in the medical device sector, with an approach centered on innovation and performance.
Morgan Duneufjardin
Chief Technical Officer
Morgan Duneufjardin, co-founder and CTO of ORIOS, is an engineer with expertise in R&D, industrialization, and production of Class III medical devices. With over 10 years of experience, he has led strategic projects in Europe, the United States, and Asia in demanding environments. In the industrial sector, he has managed numerous international R&D and industrialization projects and headed a complex plastics manufacturing division (extrusion, forming/blow molding of angioplasty balloons, etc.). As head of R&D in the startup sector, he worked with his teams on disruptive innovation projects in an intense clinical setting. Finally, in his foray into entrepreneurship, he contributed to expanding and modernizing production capabilities for his clients. Drawing on this experience, he has consistently demonstrated throughout his career the ability to start from scratch and bring concepts through to production. He has participated in numerous high-growth-potential initiatives within demanding, regulated, and technical environments in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. His background enables him to understand the challenges faced by medical startups while also navigating the constraints of the industrial sector.
At ORIOS, he drives innovation and turns clients' ideas into products
Rabah Hamitouche
Chief Scientific Officer
Rabah Hamitouche, co-founder and CSO of ORIOS, combines scientific and industrial expertise to ensure the safety of critical processes in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. A chemist by training, he has developed advanced expertise in the development and validation of testing methods. Drawing on his solid background in chemistry, microbiology, and regulated environments, he specializes in sterilization (EO, gamma, beta, dry heat, and moist heat), cleanroom qualification, and aseptic risk management. His career has enabled him to lead strategic projects: process validation, industrialization, regulatory remediation, and alignment with ISO 13485, MDR 2017/745, and ISO 17025 standards. At the intersection of R&D, production, and QA/RA, he transforms regulatory constraints into performance drivers, ensuring reliable results, methodological robustness, and regulatory compliance.
At ORIOS, rigorous testing is a guarantee of trust for its clients
Anthony Molliex
Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer
Anthony Molliex, co-founder and head of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs division at ORIOS, with over 13 years of experience in Class III cardiovascular and neurovascular medical devices. He has led CE certifications under the MDD and then under the MDR (Regulation (EU) 2017/745), obtained FDA 510(k) clearances, and managed complex technical dossiers for high-risk implants, catheters, and electronic devices.
As a former RA/QA Director, he designed and certified management systems compliant with ISO 13485:2016, led industrial transfers, production ramp-ups, and international deployments, while ensuring risk management in accordance with ISO 14971:2019. He has worked on projects in critical situations (major non-conformities, high-pressure audits, MDR remediations), ensuring compliance and operational continuity.
His approach transforms regulatory requirements into a strategic lever: robust structuring of the QMS, process validation, management of change controls, and internal and supplier audits. He secures development efforts from the outset to reduce the risks of non-certification, critical non-compliance, or delays in market access.
At Orios, he ensures that every product is designed to be certifiable, scalable, and compliant over the long term.
Elbekkay Tajmout
